- Account configuration management

- Multi-account workflow automation
- Buzz pattern learning and content strategy improvement
The Service operates exclusively in SELF_ONLY mode for TikTok integrations, meaning all posts require manual confirmation by the account holder before publication.
This Service is not a public-facing platform. Access is restricted to representatives authorized by Naoki Matsukawa
3. Eligibility and Access
3.1 Authorized Users
Access to the Service is limited to:
- The Operator (Naoki Matsukawa)
- Representatives, employees, and contractors authorized by Naoki Matsukawa
- Other parties explicitly granted access by Naoki Matsukawa
3.2 Age Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Manipulate engagement metrics through artificial means

- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Violate the privacy of any individual
- Post content that violates platform-specific community guidelines (e.g., TikTok Community Guidelines)
4.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, or post through the Service. Naoki Matsukawa does not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Service Ownership
The Service, including its software, design, branding (Buzz Manager name and logo), and documentation, is owned by Naoki Matsukawa All rights are reserved.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to content you create and post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 Third-Party Components
The Service incorporates open-source components, including:
- Postiz (open-source social media management infrastructure)
- PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, Elasticsearch
- Other open-source software
These components are governed by their respective licenses.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding service availability or uptime
- Warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to social media platforms
- The continued availability of third-party APIs

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party platform actions (e.g., account suspension, content removal)
- Damages arising from service interruptions or technical issues
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months (which, for an internal tool, is typically zero).
9. Account Suspension and Termination
9.1 Termination by Operator
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
- For violation of these Terms
- For prolonged inactivity
- For any reason, with reasonable notice
9.2 Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time by:
- Disconnecting all integrated social media accounts
- Requesting account deletion via matsukawa@yaaha.co.jp
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to the Service ceases immediately
- Connected social media account access tokens are revoked
- Data is retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naoki Matsukawa and its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party platform terms
- Your content
- Your misuse of the Service
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
For significant changes, we will provide notice via email to active users.
